Hike new update allows two smartphones within a100 meter radius to bypass all telecom networks and pair directly.This feature allows user to chat, exchange stickers, transfer photos using Wi-Fi Direct. And it is also considering connecting upto 10 peer.

This would be available on Hike 4.0.6 and above on Android, and for ios and Windows launch will follow next year.
In India hike is the 2nd biggest messaging app with 70million users(sep2015).
This messaging platform had also secured $65million in funding in middle of last year from group of overseas investors led by Tiger Global Management.
