SpeakEmoji translates your speech into emoji


Use this new SpeakEmoji app,
       Your speech is converted into Emoji and you can share the result directly in a text message, on Facebook, Twitter, Messenger and via Email.It doing a pretty good job of translating everything we say, but it is not sure that it will understand all of the sentences if we sent.


It launches today and available on iOS, Android and web, Speak Emoji will translate spoken words such as “Brussels Sprouts” into a Belgian flag and a tiny, sprouting plant. The app intends to “help adults engage with their festive little ‘digital natives’… and make Christmas the meaningful family time it’s supposed to be.”
SpeakEmoji was designed by SapientNitro, who on witnessing “the birth of a new, universal language” created the app to translate voice to emoji and “ensure it’s not just teenagers having all the fun.

Google announced this morning,
      A new way to sign into your Google account without having to type in a password.The idea is similar to Yahoo’s recently launched “Account Key,” which also offers a password-free means of signing in involving a push notification sent to your phone that then opens an app where you approve the log-in.


 

Passwords are often the weakest parts when it comes to securing users’ accounts. This new password-free login option is about speeding up logins by offering a different way of signing in altogether.

You only have to enter your email address when you’re signing into your Google account. Afterward, a notification will appear on your phone asking you if you’re trying to sign in from another device. Approve the login by tapping “yes,” and you’re in.

The test was first reported by a Reddit user Rohit Paul, which was then spotted by the blog Android Police. According to Paul, he was sent an email invitation to join a test group being given access to try the new technology on their own devices.The group is called “Sign-In Experiments at Google,” and is found here on Google Groups. While the link to the group is public, you can’t view or participate without a direct invitation.

After accepting the invite and joining the group, the email explains that you’re then able to sign in without entering a password but you can continue to use your typed password if you choose.

A Google spokesperson confirmed:
“We’ve invited a small group of users to help test a new way to sign-in to their Google accounts, no password required. ‘Pizza’, ‘password’ and ‘123456’—your days are numbered.”

In addition, Google says it may choose to ask for your password as an additional security measure if it notices anything unusual about your current login attempt. (And it’s helpful to be able to use your password in case your phone is dead, or goes missing.)

Google tells testers they are able to turn off this new means of signing in at any time.Only a small number of users are being invited to test this new feature for the time being. Google did not comment on when it plans on expanding access to more testers or the broader public. The password-free sign in process works on both iOS and Android at present.

Microsoft has decided to give legacy customers their full 15 GB back. You just have to go to Microsoft’s dedicated page and request your free 15 GB before January 31st 2016.



  Recently, a blog post was announced detailing that you would be reducing our free and paid storage. Only 1TB for Office 365 customers, and only 5 GB for free customers, and eliminate the 15GB camera roll bonus completely. 

This caused a massive backlash from customers,Over 72000 of them voted on the OneDrive UserVoice page, Asking Microsoft to bring back their free storage amounts.

 " For customers of our free service who have over 5 GB of Content and who are directly impacted by the storage change, we will offer one free year of Office 365 Personal, Which includes 1 TB of storage. 
These customers will receive an email with redemption information early next year ".

On this issue Users will have a option that they go to the Microsoft web page and sign up and keep their current OneDrive storage amounts. Again, this option will only up to Jan 31 2016.

Get Notified If Someone is writing a comment on your post 


Facebook testing a new features day to day and time to time and now, Some users have noticed that a new feature has popped, it tells them when one of their friends is writing a comment on one of their posts.
 


 This is not really a new feature sine  instant messaging apps ( whatsapp, gtalk..) have notified the same when user's other end texting a message.Facebook is only testing this feature as of now and there is no Official note on releasing it for all users.

Reaction to this feature, some says  that this is a really Creepy feature and others believe that drama posts just got better.

 Facebook's Statement on this Update:
" News Feed is a place to stay up to date with your friends and family. We have heard from people that they want their experience on Facebook to reflect the real time conversations they have. So we are testing adding a line above the comment box of a post that indicates when a friend is typing. This is to help people have real-time conversations with friends and family. "

It's an interesting test for Facebook, If i saw someone else was in the process of commenting, i will hold on my comment until i saw theirs comment.

Facebook is going to introduce a new 'disappearing messages' feature

Facebook in a statement, 
"We’re conducting a small test in France of a feature that allows people to send messages that disappear an hour after they’re sent. 

 
"We’re excited to announce the latest in an engaging line of optional product features geared towards making Messenger the best way to communicate with the people that matter most." 
 
New feature, which allows users to send 'self destructing' messages that disappear after one hour.
The feature is available on iOS and Android, but is currently only present in France. It is not known when, or if, the feature will be rolled out to other regions.

 Users will be able to send the self-destructing messages by tapping a small hourglass icon on the top right of the Messenger screen. Anyone in the conversation can turn the feature on or off within each thread.


Disappearing messages gives people another fun option to choose from when they communicate on Messenger. We look forward to hearing people’s feedback as they give it a try."

In June, Facebook revealed it was adding photo-editing tools to its mobile apps. You could add stickers, apply filters, and even add messages, but never before could you really free-draw on the photo. That changes today.


 Facebook has launched a new feature for its photo-editing suite of tools that gives you the ability to scribble right on a photo before publishing it to the social network. In a way, it’s reminiscent of what people could do already within Snapchat — minus the ephemerality, of course.

 It’s rolling out now, so if you don’t see it yet, be patient.

Within Facebook’s iOS and Android apps, select a photo to upload and then tap on the Edit button. From there, choose Doodle from the list of editing tools. You can then drag your finger up and down the color bar to select an ink color, change the size of the pen, and drag your finger across the screen as you doodle on your work.

Facebook recently reached a record of 1 billion users active within a single day, and that audience is responding to Facebook’s feature set by uploading almost 2 billion pictures daily. Despite the emergence of several other social media platforms since Facebook’s launch, the company remains a top choice for users looking to present their chosen moments, cherished or not, for the world to see.

Pepsi is going to introduce it's new android smartphone named Pepsi P1


Yes, it's not a joke.....
PepsiCo. China is planning to Introduce its own Android smartphone for the Chinese market, according to the a report from Mobipicker, a blog that covers mobile phones.

The new phone named Pepsi P1 looks to be your typical budget-priced Android 5.1 Lollipop smartphone. Priced $205, the P1 will reportedly come with a 5.5-inch 1080p display, 1.7GHz processor, 16GB of internal storage, 2GB of RAM, and a 3,000 milliamp-hour battery.
It'll also have a 13-megapixel camera on the back and 5-megapixel camera on the front.

A leaked image (above) shows what appears to be capacitive buttons below the screen (though they could be physical ones) and possibly a fingerprint sensor on the back, just below the camera.
The phone looks to be pretty skinny; the leaked specs suggest a phone that's 7.7 mm thick.
Pepsi will reportedly announce the P1 phone on Oct. 20.
At last as Pepsi selling its own smartphone is, we're just wondering who's gonna buy a Pepsi-branded phone? It's tacky enough that people go around wearing NASCAR jackets emblazoned with the Pepsi logo, but imagine what if it's in your on phone ... Normal .. Of course not .......

Google is giving itself a makeover today. The company today announced that it’s making some changes to its iconic logo and overall branding. It’s also making changes to the design of its search results pages. The company says it’s making these changes because the way people interact with its products has changed. The idea if for the new logo and identity family to reflect “this reality and shows you when the Google magic is working for you, even on the tiniest screens.”


The old Google colors are still there, but Google has moved from a serif font to a sans-serif fonts for its full logo. For its icon, Google has done away with the small blue ‘g’ icon and has replaced it will a four-color “G.” Inside_Search“We think we’ve taken the best of Google (simple, uncluttered, colorful, friendly), and recast it not just for the Google of today, but for the Google of the future,” the company writes in today’s announcement.


New Logo And Icon
As Google's video introducing the new logo notes, the wordmark has been evolving ever since it was created in 1998. But this is easily its biggest change since 1999, when Google first cleaned up the lettering and settled on its four colors. Since then, the logo has just been flattened out more and more, with today's update representing a huge leap.



Given the fact that Google is now part of Alphabet, it’s probably not a major surprise that the company is using this time of change to refresh its brand, too.
